| Our Deposit & Cancellation Policy: |
| A deposit equal to the first nights charge is required to confirm your reservation. A deposit guarantees the entire period reserved and will be credited to the last night reserved. The balance is due at check-in. You will be charged for the total number of days you reserved, there are no refunds due to early departures. We absolutely, positively promise we won't give your room away...We expect you to promise to honor your financial commitment. |

If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival we will refund your deposit less a $20 fee. If you cancel your reservations within 30 days of your scheduled arrival you may forfeit your entire deposit. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies or weather conditions as a cause for cancellation. SORRY - NO EXCEPTIONS.
